Will I have full Super Admin access to my account?
Yes, you get complete Super Admin rights from day one. You manage your users, security settings, apps, and policies exactly as you would with any Google Workspace account. Our role is limited to the billing and licensing side of things — your admin console is entirely yours.
Can I manage my licences directly from the Admin Console?
The Google Workspace Admin Console gives you full control over users, settings, and day-to-day management. Licence changes (adding or removing seats) are handled through us rather than directly in the console — just contact us and we take care of it promptly, usually within the same business day. This is standard practice for all reseller-provisioned accounts and has no impact on how you use or manage the service.
Can I upgrade to a higher plan later?
Absolutely. You can upgrade from Business Starter to Business Standard, Business Plus, or any higher-tier plan at any time, even mid-commitment. We handle the upgrade on our end quickly and you only pay the difference. The one thing to keep in mind is that downgrades on annual plans need to wait until your renewal date — upgrades are always available immediately.
Can some users be on a lower plan while others are on Business Plus?
Yes, mixed licensing across plans is possible. It requires a quick approval process on our end with Google, but once confirmed we handle everything and get your team set up promptly. Contact us before placing your order and we will take care of it.
Can I transfer my account to another provider in the future?
You are always free to move your Google Workspace account to another reseller or directly to Google at any time, with no restrictions from our side. Your data, users, and domain settings all stay with you. We believe you should stay because you want to, not because you have to.
